Braxton Hicks

15 weeks, and I am laying on bed watching a movie and I started feeling my uterus and stomach contact into a tight ball, it lasted long enough for me to get a good feel. After a few seconds it went away for a minute or two then it happened again! I then turned on my left side and I think it stopped for now.. is it normal to get BH this early??

I've gotten them throughout my pregnancy,
you should only be concerned if it hurts, or if theyre regular/ if you can time them
