help

I just recently found out I am pregnant. I am about 5 weeks and I suffer from bad anxiety. I have trouble sleeping at night,  is there anything I can take to help me sleep, being pregnant?

You can take Tylenol PM too... just not all the time. I had to do it with my 1st pregnancy BC I was getting off so many meds due yo anxiety... I felt a lot better by the 2nd trimester. Good luck!

My obgyn told me I could take unisom (otc) during all three trimesters if I had trouble sleeping.
