Thank you, I got a pregnancy pillow, and that has helped some!
Tylenol and pelvic tilts. I have back pain too, and havent found anything that completely relieves it. Hope both of you find something that helps!
Also try some pregnancy stretches. There are some great ones found by doing a search.
Have a warm but not hot bath or shower, heat packs and hot water bottles work wonders for back pain and get someone to give you a light back massage :)
