Thank you ladies. I will try the stretching :). I'm going to have an ultra sound done on my gull bladder today just to make sure that isn't what's going on.
Im 35 wks and the rib pain is bad and annoying. I havent found anything to help it just standing.: /
I am going through the same thing as you and I'm two days shy of 34 weeks.. the only thing that has helped has been getting on all fours and doing the "cat" stretch and laying on the bed and propping pillows on the middle of my back to arch it.. other than that just constantly. changing positions...hope you start feeling better soon
