I'm 4 weeks pregnant and have an anxiety disorder so of course these mild cramps I'm getting is making me crazy with worry. Is cramping OK?

Totally Normal! Its Just Your uterus Stretching Out To Make Room For Baby And You Have Ligaments Called Round Ligaments Located In Your lower Abdomen That Stretch A Lot As Well. As Long As The Cramping Its Not Accompanied By Bleeding its Normal.
