Did you see your dentist or just talk to them on the phone? If they saw you they should have given you amoxicillin for infection which is safe during pregnancy. Stay away from heat it will make you swell. Cold compresses are best, try propping your head up when you sleep on sleep in a recliner, laying down flat tends to make the dull throb worse. Try Tylenol every 6 hours also. I am a dental hygienist and see people (unfortunately) all the time in serve pain from an abscess. Try calling your dentist or doctor when they are open next and ask for antibiotic if they did not give you one. Hang in there girl and stay away from the peroxide, it will feel like your mouth is on fire having the nerve exposed

I just had a root canal and 4 days later pulled a broken up wisdom! If your in pain best to do it!! Infection is not good for you or baby. I think you should not have to wait so long!  I would call complain to do it sooner.
