backache at night

I'm 32 weeks and have started getting bad backaches at night. Are there certain sleeping positions and pillow usages that have helped you avoid backaches?

I do a small pillow between the knees and a large, firmer one against my back!

Put a small pillow under your waist,  between your knees,  and under your neck. Try aiming for a straight line when you sleep
