I haven't had an anxiety attack in about 2yrs, but I'm starting to see the signs of them coming back since I'm pregnant with my 2nd child and have to work and take care of home I'm very overwhelmed,  anyone have any advice, home remedies ect...  I do not want to take any meds

Try to relax as much as possible and any extra stressors even people who stress u or whatever it may be x it out of your life if possible at least temporarily while youre pregnant i love to take walks by water myself a river or lake get out in nature lay in the sun a bit or whatever also vit d might help or talkung to somwone also writing down things to not forget so u dont always have to think about it and its on paper maybe start a journal to release your feelings that wax aromatherapy candles ....that was just some if my brainstorming sorry its a little all over the place

Meditation is always helpful. Look up on google  different guided meditations. Also check in your community if there are any mindfulness classes or mind body classes
