5 hours a sleep!!!!

I really need my sleep aid. I'm 18 weeks pregnant n get minimal sleep nothing pregnant related

It's not pregnancy related as I stated. I already have a sleeping condition n I can't take my sleep aid becuz I'm prego. I was looking for options bcuz I can function w minimal sleep

You might as well just get used to not sleeping much. Your belly will grow and you will be uncomfortable.

I never tried it n I will ask my doctor what they recommend.

Unfortunately benadryl doesn't work for me. It takes forever to kick in if it ever does. I dont even bother trying to take it while pregnant.

I wish I could help but my sleeping problem isn't anything I can take anything for since it's my 6 and a half month old keeping me up. He's a horrible sleeper. I try to take naps when he does but he gets up shortly after I get to sleep. I'm 14+4 and very tired been up most of the night with him.

I go to the doctor Friday.  I'll ask. I too can't take my sleep aids bcuz im prego. Never took anything besides my prenatal.  Thanks for the advice

Try two benadryl 1 hour before bed time. I have a sleeping disorder and have to take medicine to sleep. However being 28 weeks I can't any more. So my Dr recommended the benadryl.  Works pretty good so far.
