high heart rate

I'm very early, 5-6 weeks. Haven't even had time to see a dr yet.  My heart rate is high, 90's.  My bp isn't ideal but it's not high. I do have some stress, but trying to keep it under control. I've read that your numbers can go up but I'm scared it's too early for them to be like this.  I've also read that taking squid oil can help lower the heart rate plus a big benefit to the bby.  Any suggestions on the best kind for this?  Anyone else experience this this early on?

Yes the 90s arnt bad. Mine was up to 120 and the Dr told me to drink even more water. I drink so much and it never goes below 100 but the heart specialist told me its because of all the extra blood and now that I'm in the third trimester it will be high cause of all the extra blood in your heart and body from baby. I just thought I'd share but everyone is different.

Your heart rate is fine in the 90s.  :)

A normal heart rate for an adult is between 60-100 bpm, so you are in the normal range. Keep in mind also that when you get pregnant your blood volume increases too, so your heart has to pump faster to in order to move that ectra 30-50% blood throight your body. I'm a nurse so I'm telling you this as a medical professional, but also as a new mommy to be in may...
If for ANY reason you don't feel comfortable, or you feel like something's not right, CALL YOUR DOCTOR, you and you alone know your body and will be able to determine whether everything is fine or not. It's always best to be safe than sorry...good luck!!!

See your Dr. And DO NOT take any supplements besides your pre natal and folic acid without consulting your Dr.  Different supplements CAN benefit baby at different points during pregnancy, but those same supplements can also cause harm to baby in different points in your pregnancy.
