That happened to me I had to buy me a glucometer I prick my fingers 4x per day I been doing a lot better with keeping my numbers down with just watching my carbs and drinking more water and eating more protein. Protein helps balance sugar.
Thanks ladies... nurse said it was not to high so hope just a few adjusments will start doing the low carb diet and walking after meals....hope just minor changes will help before my next test in two weeks. . thanks for input!
Depends on how high if it's not too high then change of diet and maybe try walking after every meal or if it's really high they will give you insulin to take daily
It could mean gestational diabetes. It could be as easy as changing your diet to low sugar/low carb with added exercise. Or you may need to do daily injections. Your doctor will be able to advise you on what is best for your pregnancy. Good luck! Take care of you and baby ♡
