So I had to go to the er on Friday cause I was bleeding, they checked my hormone level and it was a little over 36,000 and when I went back today, it was only 40,000, a little more, and it supposed to be double is that a problem? Or could be any problems with the baby? We heard heart beat on Friday

Heartbeat is a great  sign. Just get some rest and try to relax.  After it hits a certain number,  doubling can take up to 96 hours.  Google an HCG calculator and plug ur info in. Good Luck :)

Yeah the doctor that saw me told me that I have to rest until I see my doctor on Thursday, and I bleed heavy to go right away, but I don't have any cramps,I have all of my pregnancy symptoms, and is just pink when I wipe, so I don't understand why the levels are not goin up

It's supposed to double every 72 hours. And the tests are not exact so It's round about double. Like say mine was 1036 and then 3days later it was 2000 (which it was lol) that is OK. :) I hope that makes you feel better.
