37 weeks &cramping, swelling, fever. labor?

Is this normal? Dr said swelling is normal and not preclampsia but I can't bend my toes its so bad. Had me do the 24 he urine test last week. Then yesterday morning I started having really bad cramping and it still hurts in my stomach but not back.  I have no idea if it's labor? And I have a fever of 102 with sore throat and chills.  So miserable and tired and baths nor tea are helping it.  Any help is appreciated.

Im sorry ur going threw this!! I had this with my last pregnancy towards the end and reaccuring uti's threwout my pregnancy. I had a bad uti at the end ar o und 38 weeks with a fever lots of swelling..which a few days later turned into a protein leaking in my urine and I was in the hospital for a couple days due to the oral antibotics not working.but never went into labor. Everyone is different but with a fever that high I would go get checked out be cause thereis probably an infection. Goodluck and let us know!!
