hospital gown

Hey ladies, I wanted to ask does everyone takes and wears their own gown after delivery? With my first I got pajamas to the hospital but stayed in hospital gown cause I had c-section so it was easier for me plus I didn't care what I wear lol so I stayed in hospital gown for 3 days, now I'm thinking should I bring my own, does everybody use their own or hospital one?

I was so unprepared with my first son i had a c section and stayed in hospital gown the whole time. I couldnt really get out of bed for the.first day and had a lot of bleeding but this time ima bring something like a nightgown that slips over ur head not pants and a shirt that will b too hard to change pads out after csection. Bit those hospital gowns made me feel ugly

I didn't mind it either cause it was easy to breastfeed and I had some bleeding from my incision, its just it was big and when relatives came to visit me I felt kind of exposed cause I had to cover those two holes used for breastfeeding when I was up to change my baby, thanks ladies for your replies!

Ive never minded the gowns either, but after my last birth I was pretty clean and felt good and just wore my take home clothes early.

I just wear the gowns there, there is still so much bleeding and such, that way I dont have to deal with cleaning my own, and can change as many times as I want.   I really dont mind the hospital gown at all.
