take fiber bars to help first BM
I'm not bringing any :/ my hospital is central to the stores in town, they have an awesome coffee shop/deli that I go to sometimes on my lunch break, and the cafeteria is pretty good too. Good idea though, but not 100% necessary for me
With my first I was starving afterwards. The cafeteria was closed and they gave me a stale ham sandwich. Luckily I packed granola bars and money for the vending machine.
I'm not certain if my hospital allows snacks or not..
but we've packed candy, crackers, nuts and cookies.
I know they will keep me and baby for 5days of monitoring, as I have GD -I hope they will give me the go ahead to eat some candy after delivery..
seriously. I havn't had candy in.. forever.
:D
I'm brining granola bars and applesauce. And if I want something other than water to drink (maybe Gatorade) I'm gonna save that for a family member to run out for. My brother or dad or father in law will prolly get bored being in the waiting room and it'd give them something to do lol
Most hospitals don't let you eat mama. It's ice chips for you and treats for your hubby.
The hospital I will be at won't allow eating, other then ice chips and popcicles.
Prolly whatever he packs for himself of wants for hisself. They said I'll be on their feeding schedule. Do I'm not to worried about what he's gonna get.
