hot flashes????

I'm 29+6, and I am having crazy hot flashes n insomnia. When I am able to sleep I wake up drenched n cold from sweat. This is my 4th pregnancy and I've never experienced this before. Is anyone else going thru this?? Suggestions on things that may help?? I see my ob on Tues and am going to mention this..

So comforted knowing I'm not the only one! 4th pregnancy, 1st time experiencing hot flashes. While mine are worse anytime I sleep, even a midday nap, I have them 24/7. People look at me like I'm nuts cause I am out in 25degree weather in a T-shirt n jeans n burning up..

I'm  in the same boat, I usually  have to sleep in just a tank and undies and even Like that I kick off the covers because  I get way to hot and sweat like crazy...And my honey won't let me lower the Stat

I'm the same, 33+5 & been struggling for a few wks now. Wake up covered in sweat every night. Haven't found any solutions yet. Hubby's too cold to change to a thinner duvet.

Having the same issues. I freeze everyone in my house. Sleep at night isn't full filing because I'm so uncomfortable. Need help too.
