I didn't have implant bleeding but the nausea was horrible!  I never threw up but just felt sick all of the time. Nothing really helped except to take it easy and rest when needed.

I had nausea until about 22wks, which of course, was completely miserable! My doctor told me unisom & b6, first which helped some, but not enough. They prescribed zofran & phenergan, but I only used the phenergan (I've heard zofran is great, but can cause bad constipation). There is ginger tea & candies that I've heard help, but I can't stand the flavor.

I had implantation bleeding with my first, but none with this one. I'm 6 wks and feeling nausea periodically, zofran helps a lot. I didn't have any luck with ginger ale

Keep a drink bottle with Ginger Ale (not ginger beer) and saltines (salty crackers) beside your bed to use when you first wake up! I get nausea all day if I don't have ginger ale or crackers when I wake up. My nurse told me it's to do with blood sugar levels and if you can stabilise them when you wake up you have a better chance at not being sick all day. I also brought some ginger tablets from the chemist..they work a treat during the day!

My nausea this time was pretty bad in the beginning. Zofran helped a bit as well as b6 and unisom. Ask your Dr what's best for you. Also no not all women have implantation bleeding. I personally never have. Best of luck x

I'm ftm as well, my first trimester was filled with nasuea, morning sickness, fatigue and everything else lol. By the 11th week it went away.  Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do about it. But if it gets really really bad, talk to your doctor.
