healthy eating

Does anyone have cravings for healthy foods like veggies and fruit and juices? I know you're suppose to eat healthy when you're pregnant, but do you actually crave the good food and avoid the not so good for you good like soda and sweets because the baby doesn't like them. Just wondering if anyone is going thru this. With my other pregnancies I liked and craved the not so good for you foods and just think it's weird with this one.

All I do is crave fruits, veggies, yogurts and water.. I never want any fast foods (like I used to) or any junk food.. it makes me nauseated and couldnt think about eating it.. I def got lucky.. my luck, I'll go back to eating the worst foods and have an appetite for them as well after I give birth haha

Big roast dinners with all the trimmings. I could easily eat one every day. Salads are not really cutting it for me. Before pregnancy I was so healthy. Certain fruits just give me to.much acid. I try to have an even balance of foods but it's hard x

With my daughter I craved watermelon-- I worked at a grocery store back then and ate it every day. With this pregnancy, I crave everything under the sun. Pineapple, watermelon, banana splits, baked potatoes, pizza (a lot of pizza), burgers, french fries, a quesadilla from el pollo loco, avocados, etc. My most recent craving is cantelope... I need to get one....

With my first i craved taco bell bean and cheese burritos for 8 months. Now all i want is fruit. My husband woke up last night and saw i wasn't in bed. He went into kitchen to see me face first in watermelon.  He laughed so hard he peed for a change.

Also not big on eating salads also but love eating raw veggies like carrots and celery with ranch. That's all I want to snack on besides fruits.

I'm not sure but has to be better than actual soda with caffeine and sugar. She will only let me have Sprite or Sierra Mist and not as much as used to. I'm actually shocked that I didn't have caffeine withdrawals like I did last time I tried to stop drinking soda. At least it makes the doctor happy to know I'm "willing" eating healthy. Lol.

I crave for fruits all the time.. can't stand the sight of salads though. I crave for all kind of junks as well. But have limited the intake. I even crave soda based drinks a lot but not had them since a long time...but I guess no caffeine soda is ok.. isn't it??

Me too like meat and potatoes but don't want chocolate. I remember eating chili dogs with my first one and lots of sweets. Lol. I thought girls where suppose to crave lots of sweets but I only craved those with the boys. I've even cut way down on my soda intake because she doesn't like it, which is a good thing because it's not healthy. I just feel weird and guilty because I didn't eat well with the others.
