breast question

So my breast get this tinkle pins and needle type feeling inside of them. Kinda hurts and it kinda makes them feel itchy at the same time. Does anyone else experience this or know what's it is?

I get the same thing and have for a few weeks now and im only 15 weeks. I kind of think its my boobs growing cuz they have gotten larger. This is my 2nd baby as well not sure if that makes a difference.

How far along are you? I'm 26 weeks and my colostrum milk recently started leaking and every now and then I get that exact sensation in my nipples!

I use to get that when I was breast feeding my little guy just before I would start to leak
