how much is too much?

I've been experiencing bad headaches lately. I take a Tylenol at least once a day 500mg. Is there a limit of consumption day/week during
Pregnancy?

I also suffer with headaches more nw oppose to before my pregnancy. I try to sleep my headaches away but at my last visit with my gynaecologist, she advised me to take panado as it won't harm the baby.

Please watch taking Tylenol there talking about it causing ADHD in children of mothers who took it during pregnancy. I took Tylenol with my first cuz I always had horrible migraines and was told it was safe and fine well my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD and has to take meds to help her stay focused and still in school so I now blame myself.

Really, dehydration? Ok I will def drink it up more. Ya, I don't like taking meds either but it hurts so bad sometimes I just can't handle it. @Lilprincess, I will use the techniques you mentioned.
Thanks everyone ♡

Have someone massage your hand between your index finger and your thumb. Then as they are holding your hand have them move upward to your forearm until you feel pain and have them gently massage that area. You carry a lot of stress in your arms, hands and your neck. You may need a neck massage also.
Also try an ice pack on your head/ temples.
I don't believe in taking medications during pregnancy. I hope these work for you. Good luck!

I agree with the water!  I also find i sometimes need a little caffeine to help make mine go away.  I try to stay away from medicine and will try small doses of caffeine first. Good luck!

I take two five hundred mg tablets every six hours. I have some very bad teeth that need to be pulled. I do not wake up at night to take it most of the time unless I get one infected real bad. I do however take it at least twice a day.
