Oh man my husband gets mad if i dont eat enough. Every day idk how many times a day he asks me if i ate and if i say no (cuz im not hungry) he tells me to feed his child(:
LD328 I'm that way if I go to long w/o food :/
Every time I go in the kitchen & that's like every 30-40 mins I only gained 31 pounds I'm 36w1d
Rog_B that's me & here's the thing I never puke other than that.
I love talking to yall thanks for ALL your answers I really feel like less of a pig now,&itd definitely not just me. lol I guess im new to this its like starting. Over my daughter is 11 and I was 1/2 way thru when I found out + 16 yrs old. So I wasn't dealing with much @ all in it was a smooth ride.
LD328 I am the exact same way. If I let myself get hungry, I puke. It's driving me bananas.
Candy_T lol those cravings gotcha :) enjoy it !!
Marylee06 I LOVE seafood too! So I did my own research & between that & my doc there are a few safe seafood and we should have 6 oz a week but just to name a few . Clam strips , tuna , salmon shrimp, tilapia basically low in mercury seafood.... so before eating sea weather its low or high in mercury.
The quality of food helps you feel fuller. Fiber and protein rich foods also keep you fuller for longer. You are supposed to be eating more in the second trimester for more calories because that's what baby needs. It's frustrating always being hungry. I feel like I eat, then 15 minutes later I'm starving again. Constant juggle. Yay for us ha ha ha!
:) Amina, I just bought the ingredients for a tuna sandwich...lol.
I thought tuna wasnt good to eat while pregnant? I read that in an article cause i love seafood....
But i have been feeling the same way as you hungry hungry hippo over here... 2 weeks i was barely hungry now i want everything....
And I need more protein which is why I choose tuna.
I was the same way but I was told the constant hunger is your body craving something, for me I found increasin my red meat, which increased the amount of iron and protein my body was craving really helped.
Also drinking plenty of fluids helps. Im drinking 3litres of water daily. Il also drink my mint tea and have my morning coffee.
You're not alone. I'm 17w and hungry all the time. I just try to eat smaller portions or snacks throughout the whole day. As long as you're eating the right kinds of things and not going crazy with the eating, it should be fine!
I'm a big fan of fruit and veggies and hummus in between meals.. I eat 5 or so times a day..
Either I eat NONSTOP or I puke NONSTOP! There is no balance...just depends on the day. I am 15 + 3weeks.
I am starving every 2 hours. If I let it pass that point I get an instant headache.
I'm 4 mos too! As long as I'm woke I'm eating Lol I work 8-5 so I'd say I mostly snack but I'm usually hungry every 2 hrs and I don't think your doing to much as long as it's healthy
Thanks for the input I sure feel like im eating to much when I eat multiple times but im hungry at least 4 times a day lol not including a snack
I eat all day long if I am not sleep. Honestly it is ok for you to eat another sandwich. Dont starve yourself eat all you can.
I eat whenever I'm hungry.
How far are you mylittleblessing?
Tuna sandwich sounds good right now, actually. I just woke up not too long ago, so I'm in search for food. :D
I wish I could eat that way. I have to force myself to eat bc barely have a appetite :( I have to drink ensure to get the nutrients.
