I only count when I feel like he isn't moving as often. Usually he's crazy active so counting 10 minutes doesn't take awhile but like today I didn't feel like he was moving a ton but I still got 10 kicks in like 1.5 hour.
My doctor stressed and stressed it to me so I was seeing how often through out the day I needed to do them..
Usually I can get 10 kicks in 20 minutes or so. So I don't do it all the time. Just when there's not a lot of activity and u want to make sure I'm getting the kicks I should
I just did it if I wasn't feeling as much movement and didn't start until third trimester.
Doc wants me to do them since I'm over my due date
