I live in northern wi. Tons of lakes, spring-fed. Is it ok to go swimming. It's in the effin 70's and 80's. Got a bit o heat stroke too. Any advice welcome.
Went to the beach today and it was 89 here in texas! I think it will be fine and amazing! Go swim have fun!
just drink water a lot of water and eat fruit, watermelon is very hydrating, bananas are good to, they are like healthy Gatorade
Ended up with a huge migraine and threw up 4 times. You're probably right.
Its fine to go swimming, however I highly doubt you had heat stroke. Heat stroke is a medical emergency and you would need to be hospitalized. What you are probably referring to is heat exhaustion.
