Eek jogging it takes my breath away to even walk up the stairs! I'll pass on that one lol
I might do the jog tomorrow to my son's school lol
Now that ive been leaking ihaven't wanted my man to do much stimulation lol I just did allot of dancing and I'll be feeling it tomorrow lol
With my middle son I went jogging around my apt complex 4 times. Went in the house and boom! My water broke...I'm to lazy to jog this time lol...but if I get real anxious I'm sure I will!
See ive been drinking the tea since 36wks but I felt like it wasnt working..how much do I drink? I'm gonna try the jumping jacks now! Lol sounds fun..with the nipple stimulation, my bf ***** on them all the time (sorry tmi) but does that count?
Have u tried nipple stimulation? It mimics breastfeeding which lets off oxytocin which is linked to uterine contractions. Evening Primrose has not been proven to start labor, but the fatty acids can assist in lubrication that can lessen tears. If u haven't done raspberry red leaf tea definitely start that. If ur body isn't ready it won't start labor, but it strengthens ur uterus muscles like exercise. It also has essential vitamins for you &baby. Increases blood flow, decreases hemorrhaging and blood loss, decreases uterine pain, decreases duration of labor. Also great after labor to contract uterus back & increase milk production. Hope that helps!
Im about to do jumping jack's and see if that will work :-)
Oo I'm not big on spicy food but I'm def willing to give it a try! Thank u ladies! I just wanna try things out and see what happens
This time around I tried castor oil started contractions but was only 3cm so I didnt get admitted to hospital.. I tried the tea and evening promrose didn't work.. guess mines not ready.. getting induced monday night.
I tried it all for my first the oil didn't work or nothing just go for walks dancing around like a fool helps spicy food pineapple is suppose to work and if you look online there are ways to induce labor through pressure points they say rubbing your nipples in a circular motion could induce labor too was the same way lol so good luck hope something helps :-)
You are well within your right to want to get this moving. With my first child I was eating some chicken tikka masala (spicy Indian food) when my water broke at 36 weeks. I wasn't trying but it happened so now, when anyone asks, I suggest spicy foods. Happy Labor Day to you (soon enough). :-)
