how to time

Do u time the length between contractions from the start of one till the start of the next, or from when it's over till the next one begins?

Thanks...! All ready to go but they're still ten min apart.. Since 9pm. I wonder how long its still gonna take..

Congrads its almost time! There ia an app for on you phone that can track you contractions for you. Been my experiance. I really didn't need to keep track. Thr hospital machine,  which is wicked uncomfortable keeps track for you. I hope your getting ready to go. Best of luck.
