hugh risk

I had my first appointment today with a regular ob and she sent me to another ob who is a high risk doctor.  Im so scared the babies heart beat is only 130 bpm but it is moving like crazy she said it was a good sign and to have hope I am about 14 weeks along already. I also have diabetes type one (was diagnosed today) I have three specialist plus my ob. I am already scheduled for four different ultrasounds in the next month.. I have a stricked diet and on top of that I already have restrictions like I can't pick up my 3 year old son I can only do half loads of laundry.. I hate restrictions caus it makes me feel like im useless.  I have so much going on in my head right now I really need the reassurance and prayers.

I'm 15 weeks and found out I had type  1 diabetes as well when I was 8 weeks. Completely shocked!! My diabetes team at the ante natal clinic are really great, have strict numbers to stick to between 5.5-4. I started eating really plain boring food because thats what everyone was telling me,  one of diabetes dr told me to download an app called carbs and cals and adjust my insulin levels by how much carbohydrate your meal has, it works all your carbs out for you by portion size.  Speak to your expert's first but it will get easier, a lot to take in and adjust to but I promise it gets better!!!
At the moment I see my diabetes people about every four weeks, you'll have a few more scans than normal but at least you get to see your baby more :) and its not true that you will have a big baby my numbers have been pretty much where they should be and if they stay like that I will have a normal delivery and baby (touch wood ) don't listen to what other people say!!!!  It does get better :)
