I've tried tht estrella but it dnt work I've also tried drinking a cup of water before and after I eat and nothing! :(
Try eating a bunch of small meals throughout the day instead of 3 large meals like breakfast, lunch & dinner. Eat like 6 times throughout the day but not a lot at once. And try drinking a lot more milk to keep you kind of full.
