28wks nd too bad 4 me cos i wake up in there middle of de nyt 4 a snack...
I'm only 23 weeks and I'm hungry hungry hungry. I found if I snack on like raw almonds or peanut butter instead of big empty calorie meals I'm full longer bc they're straight protein snacks.
Another good snack that keeps me full longer is Greek Yogurt and I mix milled flaxseed & whole chia seeds in it. Om nom nom.
So.... Speaking of food... I'm gonna go eat now! Haha
I hope it's normal bcuz Im in the same boat, but only 24weeks. I feel like I eat a meal & soon as I take my last bite Im looking for my next meal. I hve a crazy pattern of sleep bcuz I need 2 wake up & feed my belly. I thnk ur fine!
