When you get hungry eat some nuts and a veggie/fruit along with the water. Put your nuts and veggie/fruits in sandwich bags so they are ready to go. You can also add yogurt and that's just for between meals. Watch the high sugar fruits.
I have the opposite problem and have to basically force feed myself to make sure my baby and body is getting nutrition.
Hope this helps. Make sure you talk to your doctor about it as well.

I went threw this at the beginning too!  I found when i got hungry is when i got nauseous or sick. I would just try and and snack on healthy stuff. I felt like i was eating all day every day!  I would eat an Apple and then an hr later have a couple spoon fulls of peanut butter and then a couple handfuls of pop corn and then a banana and then some cheese cubes or string cheese and so on.   I don't think i ate an actual meal until i was 16 or 17 weeks. I still snack a lot now that i am almost 28 weeks and babes is pushing on my stomach making me fuller faster. Try that and see if it helps.  I was over weight when i got pregnant and didn't gain anything untill 22 weeks
