hurts to pee????

Hey ladies so I'm 11 weeks and 3 days and few days ago it started to hurt when I go pee, especially at night.. it's that feeling if u hold it in for too long.. have any of you had this? Is it normal?

@MSMarta ive had that ever since I got prego this time. Some times its worse than others but ive had my dr check it a million times for UTI n they say its just my bladder not liking being prego or the pressure and hormones. It may be the same for u but id just ask dr to check for UTI just in case. Good luck

Is it like a pressure pain in your lower stomache? because I had that in early pregnancy and it wasn't a uti

@aprilmom everyone's symptoms are not the same. some people don't have any symptoms at all. Some people feel pressure. So it could be a uti. When's your next appointment.

As a nurse I'm pretty familiar with urinary tract infections. The symptoms can vary and if it hurts to pee than she should get checked.

UTI feels as burning pain, and it is with every urination

Amid is right it sounds more like a uti and like she said also they r pretty conmwn during pregnancy if not it could be that when u go ur not letting everything out which sounds crazy but it can happiness give yourself an extra minute when you go to see if everything is out and I would still recommend you talk to your doc

UTIs are pretty common in pregnancy.

Sounds more like a urinary tract infection to be honest.  You should make an appointment to get your urine tested.

Since the time I got pregnant I actually lost 17 lbs. I am eating good though and I don't get morning sickness... had it few times...  :-/
