It sounds like your pelvic bones have moved (spd)
Unfortunately not much can be done for it. Try seeing the physio and rest as much as u can. Im 28 weeks into my 4th pregnancy and am suffering really bad from spd as I did in my second.
But even though the pain will probably be there until the end rest assured it will be gone once baby comes and the bones are back in place.
Thx I just wanna hv baby but after babyshower lol gd luck
Ooh u sound like me. Just gonna tell u what my situation is just in case. The pain in the hip hurts bad....the dr said the baby is on my sciatic nerve. All u can do is try to move the baby or wait till they move....u can try cold or hot compressants but neither wk for me. Also I have so much pain rolling over n getting outta bed I have to just call in God n my hubby. Its just gonna get worse....sorry hun. Just want to be truthful. Im 36 weeks today. But I did find out the body pillow or extra pillows beneath u wilk help with more comfort though. Hope this helps.
I go thru same pain im 29 weeks they say babys on my sciatic nerve I take Tylenol but theres nothing I can do rest and try not to stress so miserable gd luck
Yea I think you're going through what I am which is SPD.. My doc claims there's nothing I can do about it, it's apart of the process.. But I'm going to look into physical therapy.. I've had all those pains that you mentioned since 25 wks.. And now I'm 33 wks, the pain hasn't gone awaybut it does seem like I'm just getting use to it, ugh.. Almost there!!
Google, Symphasis Pubis Disfunction. Which is what have and yours sound the same. I have to see a physio and wear a special belt (which works wonders!)
Your going to have those aches and pains. In bed my sides hurt and I have to turn every hour to the other side. When I go up and down the stairs I have to hold my belly cause it feels like gravity is pulling the down. Its just something you have to deal with. I'm 34 wks 6 days and still going through it. Just hang in there. Its worth it in the end. Make sure you have pillows between your legs and one to support your belly. Good luck!
