Like most people you are using those core muscles to roll over. As your body has loosened to provide room for the baby, you get that round ligament pain and for me, it feels like I've pulled an ab, which is really easy to do at this point. I get it when I roll over too inbetween my growing uterus and what used to be my obliques.

Because u have a little baby inside squashing ur organs, im 34weeks and my bf said im always saying 'ahh' when i move in my sleep. Nearly there wont b long now till all our pains are replaced with babies :-)
