Also my doc ended putting me on a picc line with tpn-home infusion so that I would not.get dehydrated. It sucked having to stay home for such a long time with it but it helped me to stay hydrated.

I was right there with you, i had it with my first pregnancy also.  For this one i was admitted twice after going to the er for fluids and vommiting blood from my lining getting so torn up. I could not eat for almost two months. All I could do was eat crush ice.  It was horrible. I was on a  phenegran, compazine and reglan regiment which helped a bit but I still was vomiting like crazy up until 14weeks.  I am 16weeks now and finally starting to feel normal I am taking zofran (which did nothing for me my first pregnancy) and protonix (for the acid reflux) and now I can eat.

I had it the same as you, lost about 27lbs in a month. I lived with ice water by my bed at night. Taking prescribed Zofran (anti-emetic) and Reglan for the acidosis (neutralized the acid) - the throwing up constantly was wearing away the lining of my esophagus. Before my throat healed over a day or two, EVERYTHING hurt to eat. Then I'd throw up. With the meds, I could at least get a lil food down and keep it there. Instant white rice or a pretty plain baked potato  in small portions was ok, whole milk seemed to help too, and attempting yogurt in the mornings seemed ok. Most fruits were too acidic Honestly, it felt like a living nightmare until it eased up around week 16-17. I'm now 20weeks, off the meds and throw up once every morning.
