i cant help it

So im 34 weeks preggo!! And my ob told me that i have a yeast infection.... she gave me the 3 day treatment cream and the first day it worked fine but yesterday and today, my va jay jay is itching soooooooooooo bad....why??.... isnt is suppose to be not itchy??

Yu might be having a bad reaction to it. That happen in my first pregnancy. Talk to your Dr

U can also and it sounds crazy but works put
yogurt on a pad and put it down there i mean i haven't ever tried it but i have a friend that can use the creams do to allergic reaction to them and that's what she does!! Crazy I know!!!

so even though I'm done with my 3 day treatment I could use Monistat for the itchiness on the outside?

Thanks ladies!!! I really appreciate it!!..... so even though im done with my 3 day treatment i can still put monistat on the outside?..... would it affect the baby?....

Monistat does have a great anti itch cream.

I second the yogurt comment. I had one and literally just ate yogurt daily more than I usually did and it cleared right up.

Try monistat over the counter. One day treatment n it has an anti itch cream for relief...just for future reference.

Try eating more yogurt.  Its a great home remedy to treat and prevent it. Google yogurt for yeast infection to better educate yourself. Yeast infection are just were your bodies chemical levels are off balanced. Yogurt has lactobacillus acidopillus (I'm sure I didn't spell that right) but it something like that. This is found in the vagina and eating yogurt helps balance your ph levels back. Google it or ask your doctor about. Good luck.

its my first time with a yeast infection and she prescribed me the cream that I have to insert but it makes me itch so bad but thankfully last night was my third day

Buy cream for the outside. . At least you have the itching...I never get symptoms just the news at drs that I have one. .. hate it. ...I just wish I knew to solve the problem asap...
