It best to go get check out every one say dat even da doctor a friend of mines was having da same problem n end up having her baby early she had bad pelvic pain hurt to walk or sit or move or do any thing everybody different just get check
Make sure u stay hydrated. I noticed i was having constant braxton hicks and when i drunk some water they went away.
I would let my doctor know if it gets bad go in to l&d I thought I was just having really bad heartburn at 34 weeks and it was contractions just not labor contractions
Its provably baby dropping a bit and settling into your pelvis.
I find when I walk I get those shooting throbs right down my vag. It feels awful, but its your body stretching and preparing for labour. Im 39+3 weeks and it only gets more uncomfortable...I wish I could tell ya otherwise...but that's all part of the journey.
Id let your doctor know at your apt...but they will probably tell you to use Tylenol for the discomfort. I use a heatpad on my lower back and that tends to make everything down below feel better temporarily..
Good luck :-)
