Is it bad to eat ice while pregnant?

In my first pregnancy I ate ice all the time- and my iron wasnt low- it just was the best thing ever lol

I surely hope not because I crave sonics ice and I go through a bad every two days sometimes once a day. And my baby is perfectly healthy and everything. I'm now 30 weeks and to days. I would not stress. And my iron level wasn't low either.

Its bad period.  My dentist told me to stop, puts small fraction cracks in your teeth. Which cannot be fixed. Might just be low on iron... I'd look up foods with iron or ask your OB if you should be taking iron capsules. Hope this helps.

No, but craving it might be a sign that your iron is low.
