If you get certain types of frapachino  they don't have the coffee or espresso.

Continues consumption over 200mg stuns the baby's growth.  One cup of coffee if you have not had any during your pregnancy is not going to do anything.

Try an iced salted caramel mocha decaf :) I used to drink Starbucks like crazy. I tried a bunch of different iced decaf drinks and this one tops them all. So delicious. I had one this morning

One coffee a day isn't going to hurt. But if you haven't had coffee in a while you might want to stick to decaf. From what I understand we are allowed 200mg or a 12oz reg coffee. Decaf has only 12mg per 8oz serving. So enjoy!

I think if you want one then treat yourself.  It's not like your going to have one everyday or that you've had loads of caffeine already.  I would

You are only allowed a certain amount of caffeine per day. I was able to order the iced decaffeinated coffee from Starbucks :)
