ideas?

Anyone have a good idea for someone like me who hates drinking water? What else can i drink that still gives me the needed fluids but still has taste?

I stick to Glacier Cherry Gatorade when I find water to be tough on my tummy. ♡

I'm drinking 100% coconut water, It has lots of vitamins, minerals it helps with digestion and has electrolytes. I've been hooked on it since 1st trimester.  I've been juicing also (= I've tried the water flavorings but then I get bored of them.

Infused water is great. I like seltzer too. Even just a little lemon in your water might help. I like decaf green tea with mint as well. I also actually like to drink water, but sometimes its good to mix things up!

Make infused water. Basically you make it the night before.. Do a few main hats each night and cut up fruit and stick it in there with water. Then it's cold and yummy!! Look on Google or pinterest for infused water recipes. Strawberry lemon is really good or lemon lime orange is yummy raspberry mint.... There are tons of ideas

I'm the same way. My doctor said Gatorade is fine to drink. It will keep you hydrated.

Oh I hear coconut   water is really refreshing and hydrating or try that or the aloe drinks in the green bottle.

Your really should drink water. I don't like water either but I know I have to for my baby I drink it most of the day except for when I have orange juice in the morning and cranberry juice for dinner

I drink infused water I make a whole gallon jug of it. My fave is lemon lime and cucumber. You should Google recipes but my tip is to peel any citrus because after awhile the water gets that bitter taste which they don't tell you. But since I started doing that I drink 6-8 glasses a day non problem. They have flavors like strawberry kiwi. Cinnamon apple you can use all kinds. And anything with cucumber will help bloating and swelling

Those slightly flavored sparkling waters. Decaffe iced tea, if you make it yourself with out a lot of sugar.

You can put fruit in your water, they make 'fruit infusions' water bottles. You can use berries, melon, cucumber, mint, lemon, etc
