Claritin or Zyrtec is fine over the counter or benadryl. I've attempted saline spray but hate putting things in my nose!

I had this issue and my doctor prescribed Claritin pills. They helped alot

To drain them you mean? You can use saline spray or a Netty pot. Check with your doc about any over the counter meds you can use. There are some,  I just can't remember which.
