im 5 weeks preg and prescribed meds i need to stop

Hi! Just found out today im 5weeks pregnant. Im currently taking omeprazole 40mg a day and i need to stop its rated a class C for pregnancy. However when i stopped before i had horrendous heartburn i was so miserable i was prescribed zantac but that didnt work. I am also prescribed lorezapam 0.5mg but have only been taking a half a day. I know thats VERY BAD TO USE. I dont have any problem with quitting that just have to find ways to calm my anxiety. But my omperazole i am. Has anyone stopped or took omperazole pregnant? I have a ob apt next week i just want to stop now

As for anxiety there isn't much to take, maybe Atarax 25 mg. it's for itching but also used for anxiety. Benadryl is good too, makes you sleepy.

My ob said Protonix 40mg was okay. But every doctor is different. I might switch it to pepcid though.

My doc told me to use tums and pepcid. Also benadryl is very effective for anxiety in pregnancy and was recommended to me by doc, helped me a lot, only took when i needed to.
