Mine were so bad I had to go to a neurologist he gave me fioricet to take while pregnant. They said it's ok, for pregnancy I made sure. Might want to ask your doc for some advice. Mine were so crippling I couldn't take care of my 2 yr old, I had a hard time driving because I would see things and I couldn't work. Just make sure you're drinking a lot of water too. Good luck I hope you feel better.  ♡♡♡♡

A warm towel works. I saw a neurologist yesterday and certain foods you ingest could possibly be causing your headaches. Try looking that up so you can stay away from those foods for a little while

Tylenol is suggested. It is safe during pregnancy and as long as you don't over use it it's fine. You might look up some safe herbal remedies or topical solutions to help.
