im lactose intolerance

What can I  drink that will give the baby nutrients?  I tried to drink some milk this morning to give the baby a good morning start and all it did was make me hurt and sick.. :(

You can get your calcium other ways than just milk. You can supplement or like the others said almond or soy is good.
A lot of your leafy green vegetable have calcium and almonds in general are good.
When I was pregnant I would get a huge bag of almonds from Costco and I'd have a couple handfuls a day. They are very good for you when they are raw (not roasted). Come to think of it, I should still eat them lol

Soya milk, also try milk products, I'm allergic to milk too but I'm fine with its products. Human body is not designed to digest cows milk so don't worry :)

If your worried about calcium just add a supplement. If you are intolerant then the stress drinking milk will cause will do more hurt than good

Silk Almond milk! :-) More calcium than cows milk and lactose free. :-)

Lastose free milk and your pre natal vitamins are very important.
