You can get your calcium other ways than just milk. You can supplement or like the others said almond or soy is good.
A lot of your leafy green vegetable have calcium and almonds in general are good.
When I was pregnant I would get a huge bag of almonds from Costco and I'd have a couple handfuls a day. They are very good for you when they are raw (not roasted). Come to think of it, I should still eat them lol
Soya milk, also try milk products, I'm allergic to milk too but I'm fine with its products. Human body is not designed to digest cows milk so don't worry :)
If your worried about calcium just add a supplement. If you are intolerant then the stress drinking milk will cause will do more hurt than good
Silk Almond milk! :-) More calcium than cows milk and lactose free. :-)
Lastose free milk and your pre natal vitamins are very important.
I just drink water most of the time. Now and again fruit juce....
