im sick !!!

So Im 7 weeks and caught a horrible head cold.. I was up all night. I cant breath Im sneezing and my throat is on fire . I feel awful. Is there anything safe to take ??

Hot tea with honey and lemon,  salt water gargle,  throat lozenges,  Tylenol, Vick's are all fine. Maybe check with your doc if the sore throat doesn't improve within a few days- they may want to check for strep. Feel better!

I am in the same boat, sneezing stuffy nose body aches and chills. I talked to my Dr and was told to take 2 Tylenol and 1 Allegra. It has helped me quite a bit but I would suggest calling your doctor because they may tell you something different. If you don't want to take meds try a hot shower and warm mist humidifier, those work awesome for head colds And no risk to baby!
