Tums or calcium antacids which are good for you and the baby.  U need calcium. Elevate the head of your bed at least two inches by placing wood blocks or bricks under the legs or base.

I take max strength Zantac twice daily like my life depends on it (sometimes the heart burn makes me wonder if it does), also I like the max strength that comes with the mint in it.
The only thing is that, as with all medicines, you have to take it on time every day, when you stop, the heart burn will come back and there's no way around it. Works like a charm for me every time I take it though.
