inducing a vbac?

Has anyone been induced to have a VBAC? My first was a c-section and my doctor says I have an induce-able cervix but my chance of uterine rupture goes up to 2-3% if they break my water or put me on pitocin.

My doctor won't even discuss induction. She just said it can cause rupture because constructions become very intense quickly. So I wouldn't risk it if I were you.
I'm due Feb6. So our plan is to wait for natural contractions. If I go over due date, will have 2 ultrasounds to make sure placenta is still functioning well. If nothing happens, will have to have c-section at 42 weeks.

I wouldn't risk it either. I'm also hoping for a vbac. Induction not only raises chances of rupture, but can also end up prolonging labor which can also end up in c section.

I will also be attempting a vbac and my doc actually told me that the risk of uterine rupture is 25% if induced!so I'm scheduled for a c section at 42 weeks if nothing happens by then.
