Try getting a nice cold glass of fresh orange juice or some juice you like or water. Go to your room where it's nice and quiet, have some large gulps of your drink and lay down on your left hand side. Time yourself 1 hour. Don't stress, just relax and get comfy. Count any movement whether it's strong kicks or little rolls and if within the hour you don't feel any or there have only been one or two then call someone. Don't leave it hours. Even if all is well getting checked is the best option. Don't leave it longer than 1 hour xx

Babies have to sleep too! ;-) your baby might just be asleep at the moment so as long as you feel movement within the next few hours s I'd say you're fine! Just think positive and when you do start to feel movement try to track it so you know how you're doing!! Good luck :-)

Try drinking cold water or eating something sweet. If you feel like movement has decreased or has completely stopped. And if he doesn't move still call your Dr asap
