induction before 36 weeks

Hello there I'm a second time mom had my first at 37 weeks bc of preeclampsia.. now I'm 35 weeks and was told today I'm borderline on my protein in my urine.. I see the Dr on Thursday and shes going to evaluate me and determine if I should be induced earlier than 37 weeks. Any moms had their babies at 35-36 weeks and everything be ok? I'm starting to worry. :/ thanks!

Thanks Tania...my fear is for them to have to stay in the nicu..I don't want that...I started researching online and I'm more calm about waiting another week if the dr want cause its for the babies well being.. What's another week right???

I had three boys and all born between weeks 35-36.  They were very healthy, and there was no need for any of them to stay at the hospital any longer that the 48hrs.  They were all between 5-6lbs.  Don't worry!! Relax and give your baby the best last days in your belly :)

Oh wow! Let me know what ur Dr says and I'll keep you posted. I hope for good news! Maybe I can keep this little girl in there for another week or so.. I've not gotten super emotional yet about it. But I'm sure as Thursday comes I'll be a wreck if I get bad news. :/

Hiii am and, my drs are debating if my twins should come out this sat or wed because of all the health complications. I have hbp, genestational diabetics, n now that desease with the liver....I'm upset because they haven't deside on a date and I feel so done...I'm going to do research on preclampsia now because I may have that too...the Dr said that if they take the twins out now I'm 35 n half they most likely be in the nicu...I'm also worried..best wishes hun all we can do is pray n ask god to be our Dr.

Well I'm on bp meds so even being on that I get nervous and it is always high when I first get to the Dr its usually 140/90 but once they give me some time and take it manually it will be between 111-130/80-88. The hospital I was going to deliver at doesn't have a nicu so I'm wondering if I should schedule the induction for the hospital an hr away that does instead of the hospital I planned?

My daughter, my first, was an emergency csection with preeclampsia and hellp syndrome at 34 going on 35 weeks. She was a 3lb little thing with jaundice, had a hard time feeding at first (required feeding tube) but only for 2 weeks. Then I got to bring her home :) she did just fine. I'm hoping this pregnancy goes a lot smoother.

My son was born at 36 exactly. And he was absolutely fine and healthy. I was not induced, he came on his own. Good luck!
