induction on hold

I'm so upset. I'm a week over due , I had a time for my induction this morning and now I'm on hold.

Possibly the hospital is overwhelmed with laboring mom's. You'll want enough attention when you get induced.

I know it's hard to wait when you were ready to hold your baby, but remember this gives her a little more time to be nurtured inside of you in the perfect environment! I remember feeling so done being pregnant, but there's something special about knowing these are the last hours, or the last day you'll have your little one floating in her perfect, warm, sage home.



(But I can totally get how frustrated and disappointed you feel!)

Maybe they'll call you later. With my daughter they did that due to people leaving late. I ended up heading in at five or six at night. Good luck.
