induction without epidural?

Wondering if anyone has been induced but not had an epidural?  I planned on going all natural,  will be induced at 40+3. i want to do it without epidural, but have heard being induced is way more intense and painful.

I got induced with no epidural and it was the worst thing on the planet. Some women's contractions aren't that bad and some are. Mine were terrible. If I get induced again when I walk into the hospital I'm going to tell them I better be able to get one or I'm leaving

I tried going natural with my second baby. My water had broke & I went in to the hospital only 3-4cm. So they put me on petocin to strengthen contractions & speed up dilaton. Those weren't the normal contractions. I learned very fast that I needed that epidural, I held out until my body was quivering in pain. They were too strong coming too fast.  If I have to have petocin this time I'm getting an epidural, if not, I'll go for it!

With my third baby I was induced and got an epidural but it failed so I basically did it naturally. I didn't find the labor to be too painful or intense. I mean yeah it really hurt but it wasn't unbearable.
