So I went to my ob because I was having some bleeding. According to my hcg levels 4220, I am 5 weeks but the transvaginal ultrasound has me at 4 weeks 3 days. Dr found the gestational sac but no yolk sac...is this normal? I had to go for more blood test. Kinda of freaking out!  Please help!

I haven't bled but with this pregnancy I was supposed to be 7+3 and only measured 6+1 and all they seen was the yolk sac. I'm now 33+5 and doing great. Bleeding happens to a lot of women who have perfectly healthy babies. Try not to stress.

I would hope for the best but keep an eye on your bleeding and any cramping. If it helps, i went to the doctor when i started bleeding at 14 weeks and i wasn't even pregnant according to my hcg.i would think it's s good sign if yours is showing higher than it should be.
